Tips to increase Self-confidence

Hey there,
Tip 1
Okay, so the first and most vital tip to being confident(or any other thing) is to believe you can. In other words, whatever you think you can do, want to do, or wanna stop doing like if you really want to, you will!
Tip 2

keep reminding yourself how important it is to feel confident and all the things you could do when you are confident.
  1. Greater self-worth: the more self-confidence you have, the more you value yourself and your capabilities, which means the more valuable you feel; this is what creates the effect of naturally holding your head up high since you have higher self-esteem and are proud of who you are
  2. More happiness and enjoyment: for all the reasons above, the more self-confident you are, the happier you are with yourself; as a result, the more you always enjoy life
  3. Freedom from self-doubt: the more self-confident you become, the freer you become of the mental torture of doubting yourself, and questioning whether you're 'really' valuable, or capable of achieving things you want to achieve
  4. Greater strength and capabilities: the more self-confident you are, the stronger and more powerful you feel; you also naturally grow stronger and more confident when encountering challenges, rather than feeling weakened, crippled, and defeated by them
  5. Freedom from fear and anxiety: the more self-confident you become, the more you know that you can accept, handle, learn, gain, and benefit from any situation, circumstance, or outcome; in this way, you naturally replace fear and anxiety with greater confidence in yourself and your abilities
  6. Freedom from social anxiety: the more secure you feel in your self-worth, regardless of how others see you, the less concerned you are with what others might or might not think of you in social situations
  7. More peace of mind and less stress: freedom from self-doubt, fear, and anxiety naturally translates into greater peace of mind and a more stress-free life
  8. More energy and motivation to act: the more confident you are that you can achieve things you want to achieve (like personal goals or dreams), the more motivated and energized you are to take action to achieve them
  9. More beneficial and enjoyable interactions with others: the happier and more confident you are, the more relaxed, comfortable, and at ease you are, and this naturally puts others at ease more around you; also, with these qualities, others tend to trust, respect, value, welcome, and cooperate with you more; the overall result is better and more enjoyable social interactions
  10. Better sleep & health: less fear and anxiety + less stress + more peace of mind + more happiness = you enjoying the health benefits of being more self-confident, including better quality of sleep
  11. Greater success: in case it's ever been a mystery to you why self-confident people are naturally more successful, now you can clearly understand why there is such a high correlation between self-confidence and success; each of the above benefits helps you achieve things you want to achieve faster and easier, which means you enjoy more success in life

Tip 3
Process
Write down what scares you or what you think makes you "dis-confident"
Try to find solutions and write them on the other side
Ask a trusted one to help you apply your solutions to your life
Note: it's not easy but definitely worth it
Tip 4
Stop worrying about the consequences …. there are always consequences  so quite worrying
Note: overconfidence might lead to arrogance …
How to avoid being arrogant?
Just keep reminding yourself how small you are compared to the universe…. billions of people alive are you really better than ALL of them?
Tip 5
Don't overthink… it's just no use ….
Simply how many times did you overthink stuff? It never helps!
Just wastes time and makes you sweat lots for nothing and most people end up in panic attacks (which I had only once or twice in my life and it isn't pleasant! Actually I hated the experience and wished I was cooler of standing up against well…. never mind )
Tip 6
You are not stupid
If you keep saying am stupid that just lowers your self-esteem and self-confidence even just if you think about it!
Instead, think of your positives... how smart/ beautiful/loved and think of your blessings.
Tip 7
Remember that a lot of people aren't self-confident so don't panic about it!
Tip 8
Write a list of things you are good at or things people like about you or you like about yourself.
you might need to read this list every morning or hang it in your room.
Yeah well…. hope this helped
Enjoy the rest of Your Day😀

How to cure bordem

Step1:
Take a nice refreshing shower even I really think it helps.
if you feel clean your mood will automatically be elevated.
Step 2:
Prepare something nice or comfy to wear and fix your hair you have to look nice to feel
nice ...you look good means you feel good.
Step 3:
Do something new that you want to master.
be it playing an instrument, speaking a language, watching a movie, start a blog
or a youtube channel, learn a skill, play games, socialize, go out and walk the streets if
you don't have to have a place to go to, practice photography, read articles,
try a new hairstyle, arrange your closet, listen to music, find a job, eat, learn to cook something,
if you are in high school learn anything really it just helps......
I MEAN YOU COULD ALWAYS PICK UP A BOOK AND START READING..,
although sometimes even though I am a reader I simply can not read...
If you are feeling down though (not very happy spirited) you might want to practice something you are good at to raise your spirit.

There you go....you have done something new and cured boredom :)
